Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Ciaro, operated by Altariq Almobasher Digital Marketing Co L.L.C, we want you to be completely satisfied with our click fraud protection and behavioral analytics platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, provided that fewer than 1,000 clicks have been analyzed through the platform during that period.

  • The 14-day window starts from the date of the first successful payment
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to billing@ciaro.click
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method

3. Annual Plan Cancellations

If you are on an annual plan and wish to cancel before the end of your billing cycle:

  • You may receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused months
  • The prorated amount is calculated from the date of the cancellation request
  • Any discounts applied to the annual plan will be recalculated at the monthly rate for the months used

4. Monthly Plan Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current month
  • All fraud protection and automated blocking remains active until the billing period ends

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Overage charges for usage exceeding your plan limits
  • Add-on services or one-time setup fees, once the service has been delivered
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

6. Service Credits

In the event of a service outage exceeding the SLA commitment (99.9% uptime for paid plans), affected customers may be eligible for service credits:

  • 99.0%–99.9% uptime: 10% credit on the next invoice
  • 95.0%–99.0% uptime: 25% credit on the next invoice
  • Below 95.0% uptime: 50% credit on the next invoice

7. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your account email, plan type, and reason for the refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
