Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ciaro's services, operated by Altariq Almobasher Digital Marketing Co L.L.C, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service Description

Ciaro provides:

  • Click Fraud Detection: AI-powered identification of invalid, fraudulent, and bot-generated clicks on your PPC campaigns
  • Automated Blocking: Real-time IP and device exclusion through Google Ads integration
  • Behavioral Analytics: Session replays, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis for genuine visitors
  • Campaign Optimization: Data-driven insights to improve ad spend efficiency and ROAS
  • Reporting: Fraud reports, traffic quality scoring, and performance dashboards

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One account per organization unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Google Ads Integration

By connecting your Google Ads account to Ciaro, you authorize us to:

  • Read campaign, ad group, and keyword performance data
  • Manage IP exclusion lists to block identified fraudulent sources
  • Access click-level data for fraud analysis

You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable automated fraud blocking but will not affect historical data already collected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Ciaro to generate, simulate, or facilitate click fraud against others
  • Reverse-engineer our fraud detection algorithms or AI models
  • Use our behavioral analytics to collect data that violates end-user privacy rights
  • Share your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions

6. Tracking Script Installation

Ciaro's fraud detection requires installing a lightweight JavaScript snippet on your website. By installing this script, you confirm that:

  • You have legal authority to add tracking scripts to the domain
  • Your website's privacy policy discloses the use of fraud detection and analytics tools
  • You comply with applicable cookie consent requirements (GDPR, ePrivacy Directive)

7. Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of all campaign data, website data, and analytics collected through your account
  • Aggregated Insights: We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our fraud detection models and publish industry benchmarks
  • Fraud Intelligence: Identified fraud patterns (IP ranges, bot signatures, click farm networks) become part of our shared threat intelligence database to protect all customers

8. Service Level & Accuracy

While Ciaro strives for the highest detection accuracy (currently 99.7%), no fraud detection system is 100% accurate. We provide:

  • 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans
  • Real-time processing with less than 100ms latency impact on page load
  • Fraud scoring with configurable sensitivity thresholds

Ciaro is not liable for undetected fraud or legitimate clicks incorrectly flagged. You can review and override all blocking decisions through your dashboard.

9. Subscription & Billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup
  • Usage exceeding plan limits will be charged at the overage rate specified in your plan
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if fewer than 1,000 clicks have been analyzed
  • Annual plans may be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciaro's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost ad spend due to undetected fraud.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the dashboard and API will be revoked
  • You may export your data within 30 days
  • IP exclusion lists managed by Ciaro will remain in your Google Ads account
  • Session replay and heatmap data will be deleted within 30 days

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under DIAC rules.
